Agreement:
I, now coming as a real Man or real Woman, hereby confirm the following by pressing the blue Register button below;
Section I: Who: I am operating by my own private ‘Sovereign will’ and lawful capacity and do hereby indicate that I am ready to take the next responsible steps in managing my private interests, rights, titles, properties and assets thereof and that;
Section II: Where:
a) this private Member Contract is between One’s self and all the Members of The People’s Cooperative Society of Equity (TPCSE) including the Supervisory Board Members wherever in the world their venue is, and that;
b) with expressed permission, this private Member Contract is executed on the original People’s unceded land called: ©”Skwxwú7mesh”, and that;
Section III: Member Qualification:
a) I have reached the age of self-determination, and that;
b) I rescind and disaffirm any and all Death-Cult Societies that I have unknowingly volunteered or signed on to including, but not limited to my local Law Society, and that;
c) I will read the Articles of Association of the TPCSE, and that;
d) I will study and memorize the royal: Maxims of Equity, and that;
Section IV: Obligations:
a) I will endeavour to complete any and all obligations I invoke as a Member, and that;
b) I will cooperate with other Members in good faith, and that;
c) I will look after my invited Members as they trust me to help them administer their affairs, and that;
d) I will settle any and all of my Member disputes or obligations privately in as per the Maxims of Equity as my guiding principles, and that;
Section V: Contract Termination:
a) if I so choose to do so, in harmony with this private contract, I will rescind my Member Contract in writing, as required, and that;
b) if i am deemed to have acted in a dishonourable manner by the TPCSE Supervisory Board I will accept the termination of this Member Contract, and that;
Section VI: Contract Responsibilities:
a) I will check back from time to time to see if this contract has been updated, and that;
Section VII: Waiver of liability:
a) TPCSE is not responsible for Members’ conductivity in the PUBLIC venue, it is up to every Member to stay in honor with/by/for/of any and all PUBLIC entities including their relationships with defacto occupying Governments, Financial Institutions and their Agents and/or Assigns, and that;
Section VIII: Waiver of liability of TPCSE:
a) TPCSE will not be responsible for any and all Member’s errors and omissions, and that;
b) TPCSE uses Oxford Dictionary wording and spelling, and that;
c) The real party of interest of any and all resulting Trusts can not be a legal PERSON – it must be a living Heir, be put under the control of an General Executor of the associated Estate, or become a conveyed asset of a family foundation.
