Online Meeting provisions:

1. All Meetings are private and held in-trust for the benefit of all in One’s group.
2. All Meetings are held on the platform contained in the invite emails.
3. All Meetings are recorded and the meeting “Recaps” are stored on the Butter platform for 6 months for you to download or viewing after.
4. Respectfully, all video conference meetings need to be kept inside the 2 hours maximum.
5. All Meetings start 10 minutes after the start time, regardless if everyone is in attendance.
6. Please keep One’s own non-relevant questions until after the meeting recording.
7. Please avoid disruptive background noise by muting your microphone when not speaking.

Why is the ideal Group size: 13 family ‘Houses’ in the same area?

• Ideally, we want you to have at least 2 or 3 other immediate ‘Houses’ that live in your county or near you to provide you and your family with witnessing & signing duties to each other, now and in the future.
• Forming a group of 13 Houses is ideal as everyone can form your “Retinue“ and you can serve on someone else’s Retinue for all the other 12 Houses in your Group. Remember; Jesus had 12 disciple witnesses that formed his Sovereign’s Court of his Peers! (Retinue)
• As a new: “born-again” Sovereign, having a Retinue is extremely helpful if you or your family ever need 12 witnesses (Jury of Peers) to come to One’s aid now or one day in the future.
• A Retinue is not pivotal or required part of the curriculum by the TPCSE as we can also lean-on others that have completed the Course before to help us form our Retinue.
• Don’t be shy, finding other Lords or Ladies locally near us is invaluable if we ever need others to come to our aid as legal and lawful Witnesses, additional parties to a controversy or 12 common testimonies.
