- Research your old Family Coat of Arms or design your new House Achievement, this Achievement will serve as your future House Seal embosser to be used on your critical important documents: (1-5 hrs.)

If he is not alive, then that Woman ‘can’ either take over the Father’s Estate or Re-marry. If you accept and ‘take-over’ your Father’s Estate, and then elect to re-marry, you must legally claim the Death-Certificate in order to carry the Father’s Estate over into the new Husbands Estate Assets / Family trust, for future redemption.Q: Can I do this: ‘Estate process’ if i am a Divorced and single woman?
A: Historically no, but today, technically yes. The Woman reverts back under the Father’s Estate and there is a work-around via a Deed of Consent > through the Father’s Estate, if he is still alive. If he is not alive anymore, then that Woman takes over the Father’s Estate via the Deed of Acknowledgement & Acceptance.Q: Can I do this: ‘Estate process’ if I am a Widowed Woman?
A: Yes, One takes over the Husbands Estate and becomes Executrix via the Deed of Acknowledgement & Acceptance.Q: Can I do this: ‘Estate process’ if i have been adopted?
A: Yes, for Men, they simply start from the newly adopted Father’s Estate. Sometimes our Family upbringing was not simple and a more complex history may exist. If you believe you have a highly complex situation, now is the time to ask the questions and now is the time to make any changes to your family title.
