What is an Authentication?
Oxford dictionary: the process or action of proving or showing something to be true, genuine, or valid.
There are 3 parties to an authentication in LAW:
The first party is just an ‘Opinion Witness’,
the second party is a ‘Certifying Witness’
and the third party is an ‘Authentication Witness’ that makes the document both a real lawful thing (chattel) and an absolute substantial LEGAL-FACT that cannot be dismissed nor disregarded. So if there is a controversy over the subject matter thereof – the Authenticated Title document now serves as the superior title thereof authentication.
Remember also that it takes two Witnesses to Certify a document! Thats a big deal, how many Certificates do you have with only one (1) signature/seal on it? If you have a Certificate with only one signature/seal on it, it looks like someone tried to pull a fast one on you and that piece of paper is useless as it still requires one more signature/seal to Certify it. I see a lot of the old wallet-sized Birth Certificates with only one signature on it. Therefore it’s not a valid Certificate.
What does a Government Authentication do?
As stated above, a Government authentication makes the document both a real lawful thing (Chattel) and an absolute substantial LEGAL-FACT that cannot be dismissed nor disregarded in any Court at LAW. So other than the obvious sequence of verification this proces sserves as a key step in the Probate process later on as your Estate is actually a decedents Estate is it not? Why yes it is… hhhmmm I wonder if this helps in settling the controversy of who is the superior interest holder of that Estate is? According to the Principles of Equity, the first in time is the first in line. Has anyone else Authenticated your foundational documents? No? Ok, seems like you or your trust is the first paramount interest holder of all the ample equitable assets thereof. Have you given notice or Deed of your acceptance of the Estate? Yes? Ok, well, its a good thing that you verified the whole Title before you accepted it.
Why get a Government document Authenticated when they created it?
Imagine four boats, a Tiny boat inside a Little boat inside a Bigger boat inside a Huge boat.
You are assumed to be a deckhand on all the boats and you say to the first Little boat, “Hey, can you send me a Certificate saying that you are holding my Tiny boat inside your Little boat?” The Little boat is Vital Statistics and they say: “Sure, here you go” and you got proof you got a tiny boat. Now, to prove this is your Tiny boat you go to a neutral outside verifying party on the land controlled by an international referee (The UN), (a Notary) and ask the lawful Notary on the land to Certify your Tiny boat documents, they do and certify its real and it exists, all excited, now you’re ready to show the world you have a Tiny boat to sail the world’s sea of commerce, but before you do that, you need to get the Bigger boat to verify the Little boat’s signature on your Tiny boat documents, so the Notary sends the documents to the Bigger boat and says: “hey, have you seen this? is the signature on this document true that this Little boat made? The Bigger boat says: “Nope, let me see, nope, not my property, “yes” I see it (Acknowledgment) and heres a Certification and/or an Authentication to say i saw it and have accepted the Fact it into my Bigger boat jurisdiction and the signature is true”. Then the Notary can also send your Tiny boat title documents to the Huge boat and do the same thing: “hey, have you seen this? is this signature on this document true that this Bigger boat made? The Huge boat says: “Nope, let me see, nope, not my property, ok, “yes” I see it (Acknowledgment) and heres a Certification and/or an Authentication to say i saw it, signature of the bigger boat is true and have accepted the Tiny boat as a Fact it into my Huge boat jurisdiction and the signature is true”.
Obviously the Tiny Boat is your Estate , the Little boat is Vital Statistics, the Bigger boat is the Province, and the Huge boat is the Federal Government Global Affairs.
How does Authenticating my Registration of Live Birth and Birth Certificate help me?
By having all the boats cognize your Tiny boat, now, whomever makes claim over that Tiny lost boat AND holds the Authenticated Title- is One now with not only a Superior interest, but now also can be the Captain of that Vessel, if so, there is no more controversy over the Title of it or who the Captain is – and One can now drive the boat around without worry that they will be seen as having Adversarial Possession over it.
In day to day “real life” whatever that is? Your Tiny boat title document can now be used if someone pulls your Title up into the Dry Dock Courts to attempt to shake it down for use in an un authorized way – but now that the Captain has the Authenticated Title, the Dry Dock Adjudicator can’t allow any other Pirates including Her Majesty’s Commissioned Crown Prose’ pirates-that-execute to board your Tiny ship and take the booty treasures on board – now the Captain doesn’t have to pay out of his own pocket, now the Captain can order the booty-cargo of the ship to pay for any wrongs or damages the Tiny boat may have caused while travelling the sea of commerce.
