Private Trusteeship

Rely on an exclusive private trustee of the Society to handle any and all of your complex requirements and challenges. Either a qualified Mentor or a Member of the Supervisory Board will make available Private Trusteeship consulting expertise. Unqualified TPCSE Members are not expressly permitted to provide consulting “services” for remuneration through this venue.

Private Trusteeship duties:

1. Initial assessment & strategy consultation,
2. Creator / Sovereignty ceremonies,
3. Declaration execution,
4. Copyright assistance,
5. MBL Assistance,
6. Federal Corporation assistance,
7. POA assistance,
8. Minutes,
9. Notices,
10. 1 hour per month consulting, (12 blocks/yr)
11. Castle & Estate update assistance,
12. End of year consult.

Private Trusteeship does not include:

• managing Director (mD) duties,
• CLpt Binder custodianship,
• Additional custom requirements,
• Non-Canada processes,
• General Executrix processes,
• Writing Wills,
• Cleaning lawful titles,
• Cleaning LEGAL titles,
• Immigrant processes,
• mD costs.
